If conditions are right, Google will use GTileLayerOverlay instead of
GPoly to display KML / GGeoXml polys.

An interceptor tied to "addOverlay" will inform you about the tile
layer but not about the individual polys.  You may have to split your
single KML file into several KML files, one per poly.
