What do you think of this?

1. Give an interface to your site's registered Users to Enter the
Property Details (Most important Details being the Site Address and
the external URL for more details about the property). Store these
details in a Database/XML. (Have a Creation_Date value attached with
each entry. Purge records from this Database Daily to eliminate
entries more than 4 Days Old. You can schedule a CRON On for this)
2. Use a "Geocoding service" to Geocode the Address and Create a
"Marker" on that "Lat/Lang" (And "InfoWindow" with all the details for
the Various Markers(Property)). Store this LAT/Lang in the DB.
3. Provide a Pane with a List of Properties. Clicking on a Property
will "Pan" the Map to that particular address (Lat/Lang).
