Better, do the geocoding at the point of data entry and let the user
correct if needed -
The user knows better than any geocoder where their property is.
Geocoders are far from infallible.
Geocoding the same addresses every time someone views the page slows
your page down, adds points of failure, and is wasting resources that
the rest of us would like to share as well.
Something like -
     http://maps.huge.info/pinpointaddress.htm
Then store the given address and the (possibly corrected) lat/long
