Okay, here's what you do:

1) In any text editor, enter the following two lines exactly as shown
below (do not enter any blank lines at the top or bottom):

Position,Name
0901 577133.50ftUS 1971920.60ftUS,test

3) Save your file as .csv (or save it as plain text (.txt), and change
the extension to .csv)
4) Go to http://www.earthpoint.us/ExcelToKml.aspx
5) Upload the file you just created
6) Press the "View file on Web Page, Check for Errors" button
7) If no errors, upload the file again, and press the "View on Google
Earth" button
8) A .kml file will be downloaded to your computer, immediately
viewable in Google Earth

The above example was from the point in the file you posted above. To
add more points, the file will look as follows:

Position,Name
0901 577133.49ftUS 1971920.60ftUS,test
0901 XXXXXX.XXftUS YYYYYYY.YYftUS,pointname
0901 XXXXXX.XXftUS YYYYYYY.YYftUS,pointname

Just use a spreadsheet to help you format your data, or if you have
Open Office, just save the data in .xls format. See examples on the
Earthpoint Webpage.

***Important: Florida has more than one state plane zone. The
coordinate you posted in your file was in zone 0901 (Florida East).
The Florida West Zone will be written in the file as 0902, Florida
North will be written 0903.

Good luck with your project
