Hello Google friends, I developped an application using picasa web album API to upload photo and video from my phone.
I'm surprised because for a few days the video convert process doesnt run any more. The upload part still works correctly but the status doesn't move from "CONVERT_PENDING" even after hours or days. Usualy this step takes only a few minutes and then the status reach "FINAL" and the video can be watch and a thumbnail is available. However, there is no "FAILED" flag comming back, strange... On 22th August it was still working ok and the first time I detected the trouble was on 4th september, today (7 sept) the problem still exists... Of course, I verified to use the same conditions (same version, same video format and length, same account) as done on 22th August. Is someone has seen the same behavior ?
