We found out yesterday that there were two overlaying issues since about last Friday. Because of the long weekend here in the U.S. and some other circumstances, we didn't find out about it until your report. The playback issue should have been resolved since last night. The thumbnail issue got resolved this morning, about an hour ago. Please try your uploads again and let me know if the problem persists.
