Thanks for your prompt reply, To add some details: - From my side the status doesn't leave "CONVERT_PENDING" and never reach "FINAL" nor "READY"
- However, on picasa web album, through an internet browser, it's true that after a few minutes the thumbnail change from a small clock icon to a play symbol icon as if the status has evoluated, but no thumbnail sampled from the video. - Finally, if we try to play the video, the player starts but finally displays "an error occured, please try again latter".
