Hi,

1. The all-day appointment issue could be caused if the Blackberry
client is not passing the time for an all-day event in a format we are
expecting. We will need to check the log files to see if this is the
case and act accordingly.

2. A slow sync is a slower sync process that is used on the initial
sync with GooSync and also if there has been a failed sync previously.
During a slow sync all events are sent from the device (not just
modifications) and checked against the data in Google to ensure that
all the data is in full sync.

3. During a slow sync any modifications made on the device will be
overwritten by the original data in Google (same for a delete on the
device, the original entry will be sent back down to the device).

4. Are all repeated events not synchronising? Can you sync repeated
events from Google to the device? I'll get the server log files
checked to see what may be causing the problem.
