In WBar id you see a list of applications? If so then be sure to save both your setup and the applications list.
Then open a terminal and then copy and paste the next line. sudo apt-get install prism-google-mail prism-facebook prism-google- calendar prism-google-talk prism-google-docs This is too make sure you have each of the prism applications that your need for the following wbar setup. After these steps Logout and back in. You can easily refresh your wbar if you experience any unwanted screen junk underneath it by right clicking. You'll know what I am talking about when you see it.
