The menus didn't quite go along with your exact description, but bumped around until I found the third party thing. Then, there was no "reload" button to be found. However, I used your info to find a website with the Win32Codecs.
Unfortunately, when I go to Utube.... I get the same "You seem to be missing Adobe's flash player". But I have attempted to install that, among other, flash type players. It all appears to go correctly during the installation. No warnings or such. In fact, it seems to be able to tell that I already have a flash player during the installation process! Then, when I go back to Utube, it says I need a flash player again. Somehow, the installation is not "taking".
