Mozilla states on its governance page that it is "governed by meritocracy".  It 
has a nice link to Wikipedia that provides the following definition:

a political philosophy that holds power should be vested in individuals 
according to merit.[1] Advancement in such a system is based on intellectual 
talent measured through examination and/or demonstrated achievement in the 
field where it is implemented.


With the forced resignation of its CEO over a political donation to a cause 
that had at that point majority support of the U.S., we now see the truth that 
Mozilla is governed by political correctness.

Fortunately, the same Wikipedia page has a link to Totalitarianism.

I for one consumer will no longer be using Firefox.
