I obviously can't speak for all my colleagues, but I am pretty sure my actual employment contract had clauses about non-disclosure (including about partner info), which would obviate the need for a separate NDA, unless it was specifically required by partners (about which I haven't heard, but then I'm not involved in FxOS and a whole host of other stuff).
