The response here was: "RESPONSE: “Use” can encapsulate the act of ‘sharing’ so we streamlined the text to include only “Use”." We, Mozilla, are committing to these principles, so it is implied that this statement actuall is "[We will] use...". So I think that "use" implies used by Mozilla, which would make "share" a separate thing, because it enables use by others. Therefore, "and share" is not tautologous, and should be retained. Reading through, it seems that possible fixes to the other issues I raised are all still under consideration.
