mapped PCORI encounter types from Clarity (haven't implemented PCORI types
yet)
obesity_pat_num_encounters changed to count encounter_num instead of
patient_num
__UTHSCSA results__
- our marital statuses are not fully represented (we have no 'partner',
but we do have 'significant other')
- we are counting more than one ethnicity per patient
- we are not counting all races (is this intentional? or are the other
known races missing from the QA query? perhaps we need to use an updated
version)
