Given what we know know about the InCommons REDCap data base installation
(See ticket #269) every site should return their results directly to Tom
instead of waiting, he will upload them into REDCap. Once each site has
completed their part of #269, they'll be able to see the results. Assuming
they have filled out the access spreadsheet.
