Tom, preparing for tomorrow's call, I don't see any updates from any of
the sites.
So the soonest I can see this getting done is two weeks - a week for sites
to do their thing and a week for the review and write-up. I updated
milestone:data-quality3 to agenda-time (10am) on May 4.
Feel free to do this sort of milestone update yourself, keeping in mind
one caveat: it's important to make a comment on a relevant ticket as well
as editing the milestone for two reasons:
1. to notify relevant people (trac doesn't send notifications when
milestones are edited)
2. to leave an audit trail (trac doesn't keep old versions of milestone
info)
