The analogous ticket for v2 is #157.
Whether we're skipping v2 is a good question. My impression is yes: CDM
2.1 got renamed CDM v3 and v2 is largely passe´. In particular, the prep
for the obesity studies (#277, #278) was all w.r.t. v3.
