I ran the following counts against the `A1.VITAL` to compare against the
results above, and got the following:

|| select count(*) from VITAL where tobacco in ('01') and smoking in
('03','04'); || tobacco* / no smoking || 12950 ||
|| select count(*) from VITAL where tobacco in ('01') and smoking in
('01','02','07','08'); || tobacco* / smoking || 439134 ||
***** "tobacco" equates to non-smoking tobacco use.
These are the same numbers we have in the last DCQ run.
Looking at the DCQ configuration I realized that I forgot to point at B2
instead of A1 before kicking it off the last run. Since the numbers in
comment:22 look correct, I'm going to close this ticket.
