I encountered few issues while trying to recreate the query using GPC
Ontology.
- I needed to use Creatinine>1.5 and GPC Lab values were accepting only
integers. Dan performed a quick fix in #495.
- Search by keywords doesnt seem to be working on babel. Without that it
is cumbersome to recreate the ADAPTABLE query using the GPC Ontology. As
per the discussion during 03/29/2016 gpc-dev call,this work is not
preventing any sites from working on their cohort characterization.
After discussion with the sites, decission was made to not pursue
recreating the ADAPTABLE query using GPC Ontology.I am unable to close
this ticket because #444 and #462 are blocking.
