The coordinating center has recently release a protocol amendment which
will greatly expand our eligible cohort. This amendment has not yet gone
through IRB approval, but I am sharing the GitHub link with suggested
procedure and diagnosis codes for viewing here. One was developed at DCRI,
and one by ReachNet CDRN by dev member, Iben.
