Michael Park got back to us and provided a description of the errors. I
believe what happened is that while the SAS queries were running the
connection to the Oracle database was being intermittently dropped. We're
running the DQ query again and hope to have the results resubmitted by
Friday (4/22).
Related to us not being notified about the request being resubmitted,
Michael and James gave us a helpful tip: When logged into
https://querytool.pcornet.org, go to your profile and check your
notification settings. I didn't have the "Request Status Change"
notification setup so I didn't get the notification email that the request
was resubmitted.
