Fair enough but to be fair to HCN they took a lot of trouble with checking my data first then sending down exhaustive instructions as to how to proceed with the upgrade as well as being totally available over the weekend when I attempted it. Having followed the recommended procedures to the letter I did not have a single glitch. Small database though one doctor only.

Privacy (Primary?) issues aside, I received the MDW2 dump on Saturday for a site that went live today. Unfortunately the majority of my clients are not as organised as I would like.
