I don't think so from memory but there were pages and pages of instructions
specific to the conversion and the way of going about it.
The most important thing stressed was to have the data checked first since
it was easy for them to predict if there were going to be problems (mainly
with documents scanned/size etc I think) in advance and isolate any of the
difficulties first.

John, did their instructions deviate from the standard? Did you have to
massage the existing data in any way prior to conversion?
