It is easy for me - I have a small python script that decrypts, tries to parse
patient identification (and if failing, prompts user to select appropriate
UID from drop-down list), guesses sender from email address, and files it
directly - same as my pathology downloads are handled

This script can easily be adapted for use with just about any EHR that allows
direct access to the DBMS (guess it would work seamlessly with most SQL based
EHRs), will put it into the ozdocit wiki

Currently, I have only 3 specialists sending me such emails - I am trying to
get them to agree to a common email subject that allows better patient
identification (namely the UID I use in my referrals)
