It does not seem all that long ago that my brand new 2400 baud modem was
pretty good. Now my 2Mb connection seems slow!! Cant get ADSL2 yet but
I am waiting the next upgrade in speed with anticipation.

I am aware of one Consultant Physician who takes all files on 40G
iPod and
modifies patient files when consulting - then uploads complete files to
server on return to rooms- ie keep complete backup of files at all times
