Greg We will be forced to give most patient a printed referral as well. A copy will be E-mailed to Radiology provider. Most patients won't like it if they don't have the hard copy in their hands as well - they normally like to see what has been ordered, if Dr didn't make mistake etc.

The patient, presumably, could indicate their preferred radiologist at the point of referral. In either of these cases wouldn't the 'no-show' be checkable?
