Hmm, i's a bit mid-Pacific in its spelling, actually. For example, on page 2, it says: "...Organising the first E-Health Standards Forum;....Greater standardization is central..." I also note that it is a document ahead of its time: in the front matter (immediiatrely following the title page), it says: "Copyright © 20066, NEHTA."
