There is nothing to stop you telling whatever specialists are treating your patients that you really want them to send their reports to you via Argus, and there is nothing to stop you telling IMVS that you want it also to use Argus. They can add your name to the list of troublemakers, if you're not on it already. When that list gets long enough, and it won't need to get very long at all, the specialists and IMVS will start thinking "maybe we'd better look at this weird Argus thing - there might be something in it".
