my belief is the clientele care little for what the rebate is - the real
issue is how much it will actually cost them is non-subsidised dollars
hence my argument for a prominent note of "after rebate is paid to you,
you will be n$ out of pocket for this service" - that's what they need t
compare with other health services (and their hairdresser, nail artiste,
etc)
