Sinmple way to achieve local printing: make the printer available as network 
printer.
software running on the server -> prints onto print server (which can be local 
to the server, or local to teh remote terminal)

That's how we do it in our surgery and remote access points - easy to set up, 
easy to maintain, and always works, regardless of software
