PS I've just installed two NetComm TurboHome devices which work really well (http://www.netcomm.com.au/Networking/eop.php). If anyone has a big, double brick house and a single wireless access point doesn't reach everywhere you need it, Ethernet-over-powerline may be a good solution for you also.
It was disappointing simple to install - I just pluged them in and the link was up in a few seconds (although you would need to enable security in a shared work environment or apartment block). In terms of getting movies from your office computer to your telly, this is likely to be a faster, cheaper and more reliable solution than even the latest "N" wireless technology which I understand would be required for the better high definition formats Simon _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
