Thanks. I have already been incontact with our federal member (Luke H.), he 
just rang me back, will be in touch with Tony Abbott by 5 p.m. regarding this 
he said. We'll see.

Haven't bothered with the AMA yet.
Last time this happened to me (some 6-7 years ago) I lost a full month's 
income (MBS proportion of it) because we didn't find out before the onth was 
over that the application got stuck somewhere in the constipation of tthe 
bureaucratic rectum. Neither AMA nor RDAV could do anything about it - guess 
because then I didn't have enough spine yet to announce my retirement if they 
don't stop defrauding me
