I seem to remember that the old Kyocera's would print fine if you use the old old HP 4 or HP 4P driver. That might get around the medtech32 issues ?

Replacements are EXPENSIVE. I just wish that, whatever the "issue" is with MT32 (MedTech say there is a compatibility issue with Kyocera, but have never heard anyone actually say what or when or why) someone would just fix it?
