That only you and I care that the progress in encrypted medical
communication is glacially slow. The Feds don't care, the industry
doesn't really care and any IT consultant is only interested in getting
paid for completing the work it's commissioned to do. They don't
actually give a rat's if it all comes to nought.

P.P.S. I would add that if I were an IT consultant I would feel the same
as they. It's a dog eat dog world out there.
