Hi Richard,

I think it's actually the NHS-style wide-scale centralised thinking that's
obsolete, or at least fanciful. Data and communication standards, the
adoption of these standards, a free market, end-user education and time are
what's needed.

Or a printer, a big envelope and a stamp.
