I was simply stating what I'd been led to believe, some time ago, which was that MD3.6 would be compatible with Vista. Not that I think anyone should be using Vista in a practice, however.

The last HCN knowledge base, from March 2007, states their products aren't compatible with Vista, but that was before MD3.6

If their technical support is saying they are still not compatible, then fine, and as I said I wouldn't recommend Vista for any business environment, even if HCN were saying MD3/PS3 was compatible.
