I would've added another P.S. Some other medical software uses the same MS
servers / platforms as MD3 & PS3 and some are even Vista compatable. Why
don't these products have these problems upgrading ?

I had a go at a 3.6 upgrade last night and failed. I've got some
theories for trying again and am reasonably hopeful of succeeding.

Having seen the upgrade process in detail, however, I have a great deal
of sympathy for HCN in trying to support this upgrade across a range of
Microsoft servers and operating systems. There are just too many
variables to make it seamless for everyone (sor perhaps even anyone).

P.S. I could have added how much simpler things are in the linux world,
but I won't.
