Dear David, Thank you for your nice mail! I've been working on gregorio for three years now and it's always a pleasure to see that my work is useful to a lot of people!
> The only thing I could not achieve was a clivis with an > additional liquescens below (only by the way). > Do you mean something like the note above the "et" of the second line of http://www.dgippner.de/gregorianik/dominicaIVadventus.pdf ? Actually that's true, it's not possible to do it yet... In order to add it, I will need more informations on this glyph that, I must admit, I don't know... what is its name? What is its shape when it's not with the deminutus liquescence? > However, I am interested to help with the further development of > gregorio. I am not practised in the use of C(++), but use LaTeX for a > quite long time now and could help with this and I think I could help > out with a translation of manuals/the homepage into german, for > example. Anyway, I'd like to help as best as I can. > Thank you for your proposal! I do accept help, of course! Even if I have some basic skills in german, I'm totally unable to translate the website, so if you have time, that would be great! But there is a lot of work to do, so I think the best way to start is to translate the important pages first, like http://home.gna.org/gregorio/ http://home.gna.org/gregorio/introduction http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gregoriotex/introduction http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gabc/ and http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gabc/details and leave the rest for later. But translation is not really an interesting job, so don't have to do it, do it only if you are interested! The bugtracker of gregorio has some open bugs, you can take a look at it: https://gna.org/bugs/?group=gregorio They are not really interesting ones neither, but if you see other things that are missing, or other bugs in Gregorio, please do not hesitate to fill it. There are also some tasks: https://gna.org/task/?group=gregorio some of them may be more interesting... If you want to collaborate, you will need an account on http://gna.org, when you'll have one, please tell me your login so that I can add you to the project, it will grant you access to the svn repository. I also advise you to subscribe to gregorio-devel and gregorio-commit, visit https://gna.org/mail/?group=gregorio to do so. Thank you for your interest in gregorio! -- Elie _______________________________________________ Gregorio-devel mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/gregorio-devel
