I searched for the name of the neume (which is the one with "et" in the Rorate introitus) in several books; it seems to me, this is called "Ancus" and appears only in the depicted form. It is described as a "clivis with an liquescent tone below the last of the clivis or equal to it". Thanks for your really fast answer. I'll do my best for the project!
