Hi Sue, I don’t believe that there are any more drafts dependant on work progressing through idr.
gshut had additional reasons for not progressing, which have been solved and last call will be issued. The gshut draft has an informative reference to draft-ietf-idr-best-external. I see from the mailing list there was a last call, but no conclusion, and the draft subsequently expired.
