Should it be made a policy by Growl so that if it is included in a software install, such as in the subject of this topic, then it must be made a selectable option in the install process? Granted I haven't installed CS5 yet so I don't know if it is an option or not. Either way, Adobe should have gotten permission and paid rights to Growl and should have made it an option during install.
