Hello, I recently purchased a iMac and have no clue what Growl is. Having said that, when I turned on the comp this morning it indicated a Growl update was available. I clicked on it to download. However, when I tried to double click in the pop-up box to move it to the system there was no response. I tried this several times(as instructed) with no result.
After closing the pop-up box I noticed that there is no response on the screen when I "double-click" on any other programs either. In addition, there is now a "thumping" sound that is coming out of the speakers. Can you help?
