Hi there, I'm having the same issue as the original poster. I've deleted Growl, and all related files, each time and then done a reinstall. Verified/repaired permissions, etc. (using Onyx). It works for a moment, but when the computer goes to sleep or I reboot, it doesn't give me the preference window so I can't change the skin. I'm on a MacBook Air, running 10.7.4 (the problem seems to have cropped up after my latest software update).
