Doesn't NC handle this by letting you choose how many updates to show here? 
 I agree with the other posters here - having notifications disappear by 
default makes them useless in NC. I can't think of another app that makes 
its notifications disappear before being read or dismissed by the user.

BTW, I'm using the Python library to send some notifications, and even when 
those are sticky they still disappear from NC after two minutes.
