The default (global) action is set to No Action, but under Applications, GrowlMail's Action is set to SoundAction. (Global Default is also checked -- could this be a problem? Why doesn't it uncheck itself automatically?) SoundAction itself is set to Morse.
Under Notifications, only New Mail is checked, with action set to Application Default.
