So you can have multiple actions for a Growl notification. The idea here
being that you could fire a sound, send something to Prowl, and do a few
more things.

Do you have any sounds actually selected in that soundaction? I have an
idea as to what's happening, my guess is that no sound is actually selected
so it tries to fire a sound that isn't there. So if you could look before
turning off the soundaction on GrowlMail, that'd be a big help in figuring
out the real fix for everyone.
