Growl 2 is sandboxed, and its preferences are stored in ~/Library/ Containers/com.Growl.GrowlHelperApp/Data/Library/Preferences
Also, that bundle ID *is* Growl.app's bundle ID, GrowlHelperApp was renamed Growl when we released to the App Store.
