This should be an open discussion not a "defend Growl at all costs" scenario. Please look at it from her perspective, her expectations were not met. There is no way around that. We've tried to come up with the typical responses but that's the bottom line. Some of it we can change if we want to, some of it we can't because of the rules, but that's it. Do not respond to people like this again. You've been good at responding to people positively, but you've also been pretty mean to people as well. Let's try to keep this a positive experience for everyone. It is responses like these that run people off and make things not productive.
