to run 15psi you dont really need anything...all my friends and i 
run 1bar everyday and consider that low boost on regular pump gas. i 
seen stock evos(meanin simple exhaust and intake upgrade) run 20-
23psi on 100octance or higher without any problems and as for the 
boost cut problems...i think that u still might have the stock 
solinoid connected(its under tha battery box)just disconnect that 
and c wat happens___________
