Well... If you can drive a decent text editor... and are a little bit careful about it... you could sort it out that way..
%s/SomeRealm/OtherRealm/g in vim for instance. (But actually don't do that way. You probably want to eyeball each replacement to make sure it's doing the right thing. The realm is a tag so look for it inside tags=" .... " attribute I think from memory. And make backups first in case something goes wrong.
